Nursery

Our Nursery offers a warm, nurturing, and joyful start to school life, where every child is encouraged to explore, discover, and grow. Rooted in our Catholic ethos, we celebrate each child as unique, created in the image of God, and help them develop kindness, respect, and a sense of belonging within our faith community.

We follow the EYFS framework, providing a rich blend of play‑based learning and high‑quality adult interaction. Through stories, conversation, outdoor exploration, and creative activities, children develop early communication, social skills, independence, and curiosity. Early literacy and maths are introduced gently through meaningful, playful experiences that prepare pupils for Reception.

Our environment is designed to inspire imagination, confidence, and a love of learning.
Inclusion is central to our Nursery. We welcome all children and ensure that every learner—whatever their needs or background—is supported, celebrated, and able to participate fully in nursery life.

By the time children leave Nursery, they are happy, confident, and ready for the next stage of their learning journey within our caring Catholic community.
